Under 21 goalkeeper training with first team

The West Ham Under-21 goalkeeper, Jacob Knightbridge has been given a run-out with the first team in a recent training session

David Moyes is understandably very happy with the Irons start to the season. From a relatively timid performance in our first game, we finally went through the gears and had good wins against Chelsea, Brighton and Luton.

So only a couple of points dropped and as yet unbeaten in the League – we seem to be developing our academy very well indeed!

As part of the constant evolution of West Ham, it is important to give some of our Academy players time with the first team, and our Under-21 stopper was involved in the training session yesterday.

Despite Lucas Paqueta, Jarrod Bowen and Thilo Kehrer not being picked for International duty, it is probably to the club’s benefit as the last thing we need are injuries.
