The Baroness has broken her silence after her sharp exit from West Ham United as disaster loomed on several fronts last month.
The Hammers, now relegated into the Championship after becoming a tepid parody of the ‘world class team’ promises made just ten years ago, are the subject of Brady’ Sun newspaper article in which she rather throws her husband’s best friend – and her pick as manager- under the West Ham bus.
In her Friday article in the Sun.co.uk, Brady confirms what fans and players all knew – that Potter had screwed up big time in his half season at West Ham.

Brady – apparently – pushed for the appointment of Graham Potter but has been hugely critical of how he left West Ham in her own Sun column
Referring to the club’s turnaround which followed Nuno’s arrival, after her man Potter got his marching orders, she writes:
“I believe there are reasons for supporters to look forward with some optimism, particularly with Nuno Espirito Santo remaining in charge.
When he came in, the situation was already difficult. Confidence was low, pressure was everywhere and every game carried enormous weight. Yet almost immediately there was greater organisation, greater discipline and just as importantly, greater belief.
You could see players fighting again, you could see a manager taking responsibility.”
….Unlike Graham Potter. (She could have added). Organisation. Discipline. Belief. A manager taking responsibility. Pretty blunt criticisms of, ironically, her own ‘pick’ as manager of West Ham, then.
The manager who she once referred to as ‘ a great man‘ is pretty much skewered by the Baroness’ own words in a fairly clear admission of the dreadful state in which Potter left the club and from which they never recovered.
The former Hammers manager, fired in September last year, was a team mate of Brady’s husband Paul Peschisolido back in his playing days and apparently they remain great friends. Until this article, maybe.
After? I’m not so sure.
I also wanted Potter at the time. The team did lack organisation, discipline, and belief. More importantly it also lacked pace and athleticism. The ’24/25 team included Areola, Aguerd, Kilman, Todibo, Emerson, Ward-Prowse, Souček, Álvarez, Paquetá, Rodríguez, Guilherme, Cornet, Füllkrug, & Ings. The squad wasn’t Potter’s fault. He couldn’t avoid playing them. That said he wasn’t getting the best out of a bad bunch, especially in ’25/26 with a regressing Bowen & Wan-Bissaka and no Kudus.
Who needs friends if you count Brady as one them. What a seriously odious individual she is. She really should just keep quiet and keep her head under cover. The same will probably be said about the business running off the club after she’s gone. Can’t blame anyone else for that, but suspect she’ll try.
Brady is only interested in one person x herself. Full stop. A terrible individual.
Just goes to prove exactly how much she can be trusted SHE CAN’T Glad she has been found out and left let’s hope The other one doesn’t have loose screws (I am beginning to wonder)
I find the manager merry go round fascinating. Potter sacked then manages Swedish national team to reach World Cup final after being bottom of their group. Mourino sacked by various clubs and now appointed to Real Madrid for second time! Maresca booted out by Chelsea and now favourite to replace Guardiola! Slot kicked out by Liverpool having won Premier League, bet he will be at another top club ASAP! Its a great way for managers to accumulate obscene wealth!
Why is this woman even talking about our club she helped take us from our home into soulless bowl she should be ashamed but i doubt she will
