West Ham United have drawn a line in the sand regarding the continuing rumours surrounding the future of winger Mohammed Kudus.

Speaking to Claret & Hugh within the last hour, our top source at the club had the following to say on the matter: “Kudus is going nowhere; he is 100% staying.”

This was in response to our request for clarity regarding yesterday’s stories that Saudi Pro League clubs were close to mounting a transfer bid for Kudus.

C&H have been informed that the Ghanaian attacker, who enjoyed such an amazing season during his first campaign with the Hammers, is a big part of Julen Lopetegui’s Hammers plans. Kudus is seen as a pivotal player for the team under the Spanish head coach and we have been informed that J-Lo is looking to recruit rather than sell his top attackers.

West Ham were annoyed that news of Kudus’s buyout clause was leaked in May and are understandably relieved that the deadline has now expired. The small print in the player’s contract would have allowed any prospective buyers to purchase Kudus at the reduced price of £85 million before July 2nd, 2024.

Give Kudus a new contract with a wage increase and increase his release clause to 150 million.

I’m SHOCKED!!! not . As I said earlier to yet another of Simons woeful articles it was complete BS and trying to stir up something that wasn’t there..
It’s now become a site to just see what other embarrassing articles there are everyday..if nothing else it’s entertaining for a couple of minutes

Gonzo, make sure Simon Leyland knows about this, seeing as he authored the previous article and set off the panic button!

  • Deathblow says:

That release clause was a stupid idea, worse if he made them put it in or he wouldn’t join us. I hope it’s now been changed to over 100 million if it’s got to be there.

Have you read Simons article from this morning? An utter waste of oxygen. Also not being funny Gonzo, but you were one of the sites that splashed the news of his buy out clause all over the place. Maybe you guys at C&H could do your own team a favour and not report on details like that. Maybe do what Simon does and post lots of inaccurate, speculative, clickbait, copy and paste articles from all over the internet to confuse the readers and contradict people who write decent articles like yourself!
