Great news! Keep them coming. Need to bolster center defense…

  • John Ayris says:

I’m happier with Fullkrug than Duran. Fullkrug is established and we know precisely what we’ll get. Duran may well have been trouble in time what with his attitude, we may have dodged a bullet here.

Brilliant signing. A proper striker at last.

  • Steveo says:

It looks like Fullkrugs style of play could well suit the premiership with his work rate and link up play. I would be surprised if he turns out to be a Haller or Scamacca who neither of could adapt to the premiership. If we can get a decent centre back and right back we can have a decent season

  • Spindrift says:

I like him already. He comes across as a good character to have around. A bit of a warrior.

The BBC say he’s not a ‘technical’ player…maybe because he’s a traditional 9. But that goal against Scotland was a thing of beauty, and his YouTube vids, although never an ideal indicator, show that he has it in his locker.

£22.5 m + add ons + £5 m a year in wages, I’m struggling with this one. We’ve been linked to Guirassy (whose transfer and first seasons wages we’re now committed to paying) Wahi, Alberto, Mikautadze, Dovbyk, Banza, Dia, not to mention Toney, Boniface and Solanke. Over £40 m (a season of gate receipts) committed to a 31 year old, I feel the season ticket holders deserve a better return on their investment.

  • Steve Devins says:

Who pays that money for a 31 year old that most of us know nothing about.
    Total madness.
We had the second oldest team in the premiership last year.
    No forward planning.

  • John Lattimore says:

Now let’s get the defence sorted.

  • John says:

Dortmund must love us, Yarma for £17m, Haller for £40m and now The Fulk at £20-£25….
