Reports have begun to emerge of a bust-up between West Ham head coach Julen Lopetegui and Mohammed Kudus, who had to be separated following a confrontation on Saturday.
The altercation occurred when Lopetegui singled out the winger for criticism after a poor first half against Brentford. Hammers insider ExWHUEmployee has reported that the Ghanaian had to be restrained by teammates after apparently taking offense to the coach’s observations.
Kudus was substituted at halftime, and there has been speculation that Lopetegui’s comments about teamwork and commitment were directed at the former Ajax man.
This season has started as a struggle for Kudus, who has been played out of position in most games and, as a result, has struggled to match last season’s performances.
If true, this revelation will have further ramifications for a club in desperate need of unity and stability.

If there’s any truth to it Noble would know about it via Cresswell and Bowen. Would Noble report back what he hears and sees to Sullivan though? I’m not so sure. Woukd Steidten know about it? Steidten spends time in the training ground. The players signed by Steidten would talk to him. Would Steidten report back to Sullivan on what he sees and hears at the training ground. Absolutely 100% I bet he does. Would David Sullivan tell a West Ham fan site about what he’s heard from anybody? I’m not so sure. I have to ask if Lopetegui is on a mission to completely derail West Ham’s season. I can’t wait for Saturday and his next team selection.
First half of last season , both Paqueta and Westham did well and then second half woeful for both . Paqueta and Westham poor so far this season . Moyes then Lopetegui both relying on individual brilliance which is a sign of poor management . Lopetegui was let go by Spain in under 2 years and Real Madrid was worse , just 14 games of crap (6/2/6 record ) and then Wolves … whatever . GOpetegui , before Westham are totally wrecked . When players want to punch the coach , there’s a huge problem and so please David Sullivan sack Lopetegui now before we lose the whole team .

I had misgivings when his first team talk was all about the lads being competitors not friends.
Plenty of clubs have had new managers and team overhauls. You can’t run this side without buy-in from the start players.
