It wouldn’t be deadline day without drama. However there is also a huge element of jeopardy for West Ham in the last day of this winter window. A defender deal is 100% essential as the Hammers are down to the bare bones: Todibo’s three game absence thanks to his nonsensical red card means the pairing of Kilman and Mavropanos is all that stands between the Irons and relegation.
A terrifying prospect. Which is what makes Guardian journalist Jacob Steinberg’s claim this morning all the more worrying: Just published on his twitter account is an astonishing claim:
“Medical scheduled but West Ham not entirely sure Disasi wants to join them…”
Does that mean West Ham are hanging around waiting to see if Axel Disasi turns up for a medical?
You couldn’t make it up. Disasi, remember, rejected a West Ham move in the summer and opted for ‘no football’ rather than a move to West Ham. So there’s history. Which leaves West Ham in a shambolic state if they fail to being in their ‘last choice’ loan.
Worse off than when they started the window, remember, having sent back Igor Julio to Brighton.
This just goes to show the board are clueless and are determined to get us relegated never seen such an incompetent bunch of idiots
Should rename us West Shambles United
Nobody in there right mind would pay for Killman, many wouldn’t have him for free, as for anyone coming here , why would they? Unless they are unlikely to play anywhere else ( desperate). Don’t suppose you will show this anyway. 🙏🏻🤣
Surprise surprise, ‘DM’..consider your comment ‘shown’.!
If it isn’t abusive or full of bad language or libellous allegations, we do our best to publish it anyway: Disagree as much as you like 😉
On a positive we might sell Kilman to palace
Sadly not.Believe me I’d enjoy writing that. Did check it out this morning… a’non’ story
Could mean he doesn’t want to join us as a permanent signing so just a six month short term loan? Couldn’t blame him for that since were odds on to be relegated.
Why bother as he obviously thinks he’s too good for us! He isn’t what we need and I’d sooner ask Ginge to come out of retirement as at least he would give 110 per cent!
Anything from the guardian makes me cringe
I would not believe a word that comes out of the Guardian.
Steinberg knows what is going on at West Ham. Very believable.
