Brilliant Antonio news

The manager brought some extremely good news today when making it clear that Michail Antonio could be back in action after the international break.

ClaretandHugh has regularly reported from insiders that Mikey is working to his own training schedules and was determined to beat the BEST prediction – that he would be back in four months.

And with the manager claiming that he could even be back with the squad for either the Spurs or Chelsea matches, it seem the midfielder/striker is about to fulfill his own promises of a rapid recovery which will have stretched over a month less than that.

There’s no escaping the miss the player has been because with Snoddy he supplies the genuine energy and high action attributes that have all too often been absent.

And as we reported yesterday, he is a natural partner for Seb Haller who has been been clearly feeling pressure in the one up role.

Addressing his presser at Rush Green over the last few minutes the manager almost threw away the news simply saying: ” Antonio and Fabianski are recovering after surgeries. I think Antonio will be ready after the international break.”

Great news

  1. I hope we don’t rush him back. Hamstrings are notoriously hard to come back from and liable to relapsing – and a setback would be a massive blow for us and the player

  2. Good news indeed. We continue to hope and prayer for good recovery and strength as well as early return without any set backs. How we can do with his passion and skill. Coyi. God bless West Ham.

  3. Great news don’t rush him to soon start with a few sub appearances to build up strength. Good luck Mikey ⚒

  4. Great news need Antonio and Fabianski back urgently just to stay in the top half this season. Still need a new manager though as Pelle hasn’t a clue how to adapt the squad to get the best out of them.
