CandH provides final Boleyn Betway blog – read it right here!

|

BoleynSometimes a genuine privilege comes your way – this is one of those moments!

Slaven Bilic said this afternoon that tomorrow evening’s clash against Manchester United is a once-a-a-lifetime match.

Here at ClaretandHugh it’s been a very great honour to have been offered the opportunity of writing a once in a lifetime blog – the last that will be written on a Hammers game at the Boleyn.

Club sponsors Betway asked if I would contribute – would I? Bring it on and on this link http://blog.betway.com/football/west-ham/fan-v-fan-therell-be-a-tear-or-10-the-boleyns-been-the-fabric-of-our-lives-forever/ you can read the best of my multitude of memories this great stadium has provided for me personally.

I was asked to describe how I felt and it’s all here. My all but one final blog – the other will appear tomorrow on www.goal.com who asked for a contribution.

These are emotional days but I thank both organisations for trusting my words to their sites. I hope you enjoy my thoughts but in all honesty there’s no way I can do the most wonderful stadium in the world justice with anything I write.

Thank you Upton Park – thank you from the bottom of my heart.
