Carroll Poll: The verdict is damning

?

West Ham fans – voting in ClaretandHugh‘s latest poll – have sent a message to Andy Carroll that his time is up at the club.

CandH became aware that  the two year option which the club could activate in the summer will have to carry an agreement that he gets the same wage plus any RPI or other raise the club may decide to give him.

As a result we launched the poll to get the view of the fans who answered in no uncertain manner:  “Sorry, it’s time to go.”

The player is due back in action after the international break having recovered from an injury which has seen him unable to kick a ball this season.

The club have to decide – even if he shows his best goal scoring form – whether given his injury record they can afford to take the chance of a another two years at £85k a week.

The fans view is emphatic however. It’s time up!

Here are the voting figures:

Yes AC should be offered a new deal 20.63.

No he shouldn’t 79.37 with over 1,000 voting.

  1. This is insane to say the least.Enough is enough.Taxi for Mr Carroll thanks.

  2. Will anyone give him £85,000 pw with his record? Are there any mugs out there? I think he will have to settle for somewhat less in his next contract, wherever he may be playing his football unless he goes to China, US etc
