Cascarino puts boot into Pelle

Regular prophet of doom Tony Cascarino believes Manuel Pellegrini may be on his way out at the Hammers.
Writing in The Times the former striker has put the boot in big time as his habit from year to year.
He said: “Last year I said after four games that Frank De Boer  had to get the sack at Crystal Palace and I’ve got the same feeling with Manuel Pellegrini at West Ham.”
“Given the way they are getting beaten, I cannot see a way out for this team.
“It was a big risk getting rid of David Moyes and I thought after one game of the season that I had made a mess of my pre-season predictions and should have put them down as one of my teams to go down.
“Pep Guardiola gave an interview to Gary Neville at the end of last season and he said that one of his biggest demands of his players who ‘you’ve got to run’.“Think about that and then look at West Ham.
“Some can’t run. Some on Saturday chose not to run. I don’t see this as a short-term problem.
“The signs were there in the first game against Liverpool. It was alarming.“They could have lost by eight.
“I see similarities with QPR when they came up and had a lot of players on big wages who didn’t work as hard as they might have done.”

  1. I certainly hope they get rid of Pellegrinni and some of his foreign flops soon. They are all just there for the money , and have no Pride for the shirt and badge they wear.

  2. Idiots blame the manager. The same set of players constantly under perform year after. It’s the players, stupid.
