Chances remain for Fornals and Benrahma deals

West Ham are claiming there remains a  chance of the Pablo Fornals and Said Benrahma deals  being pushed through today .

The club has been charged by buying clubs Real Betis and Lyon of failing to respond late on deadline day after deals had been agreed.

Lyon also made it clear that in the absence of an explanation they would be taking all legal requirements necessary to sort the situation out accusing the Hammers of “incomprehensible behaviour and lack of respect”

However, speaking exclusively to Claret and Hugh the Hammers have made it clear this was not a problem caused by themselves.

And the whole situation was made more problematical by the fact that we were forced to play against Bournemouth which made it difficult to complete the deal after the match.

However, the major problem was – according to our source – that the FA had computer problems,

He added that the Fornals deal had a 50 per cent chance of going through today and that Benrahma’s was rated at about 10 per cent adding that “Lyon are pushing like mad.”
