Close eye on Forest final

|

West Ham will be keeping a very close eye on Nottingham Forest’s play-off final against Huddersfield today.

The two Championship sides are vying for promotion to the Premier League and are 90 minutes away.

The Hammers have taken a close look at a number of Forest players ahead of the summer transfer window but any swoops are likely to be dependant on whether or not Steve Cooper’s side win promotion.

Joe Worrall, the captain, has been eyed as a potential acquisition in defence, with Moyes keen to add new players to his backline and to his squad overall.

The Hammers have also been impressed with the performances of Brennan Johnson in attacking midfield and could be minded to launch a swoop if he is available and certain players leave the Irons, such as Said Benrahma and Nikola Vlasic.

A win for Forest, though, would force plans to change, so the Irons will be keeping a close eye on whether they manage to come back to the top-flight.

Nah worral old fashioned centre back can do better and Johnson also can do better already have benrahma better but for sure his way better than the dreadful 30mill vlasic mistake .

Benrhama is fine. 3rd leading goal scorer. We need him. Vlasic can go if we get better.Huge dissapointment. But like many players underused by Moyes.
