West Ham have announced they will freeze all priority points with immediate effect.
The club says they anticipate there may be a gradual or staggered approach enforced when allowing supporters to attend football matches across the country. In order to provide the fairest solution for all of our Season Ticket Holders all Priority Points totals will be frozen. This means that any points accumulated for the 2018/19 season will stay on your Season Ticket account for the 2020/21 season.
No Priority Points will be earned during the 2020/21 season.
The club has launched a microsite with frequently asked questions about 2020/2021 season ticket renewals at

Reports of long waiting times of an hour or longer have been reported on the ticket office phone lines this week after the season ticket renewals were announced.
I have tried to speak to the ticket office two days running, yesterday it was a 142 minute wait when I last called!! Who is going to sit on a phone for that long! So I tried to email and the automatic response was we’re too busy to respond if urgent ring us !!!!
I rang at 9-01am today and was told there was a 52 minute delay , so I still cannot get through . Why haven’t they put more staff on the phones when they know they will be inundated!!
This is beyond frustrating!
