Club look to curb away ticket abuse

West Ham Away season ticket holders have received Emails from the club this week informing them they have until 17th May to renew in the Away Ticket Scheme.  The away scheme is capped at 700 Away Season Ticket Holders and the Terms and Conditions have been updated for next season in an attempt to reduce abuse of the sale of away tickets which are in hot demand.

From next season Supporters must agree to conduct themselves befitting a representative of the club and will not do anything or procure anything which might bring the name or reputation of the club into disrepute.

A new condition which is likely to cause some debate amongst some away supporters is the club reserves the right that they can make spot checks from time and time at away games and say supporters should carry photographic ID with them to prove they are the original purchaser of the ticket.

The full Terms and Conditions can be found HERE
