Club predicting extremely high season ticket renewal rate

There are around 30 hours left to renew West Ham season tickets with the deadline set for next Friday 31st May at 5 pm.

Deadlines for Club London corporate members, away season ticket holders and those who want to pay by instalments have already passed last week.

The West Ham season ticket renewal rate of 92% in 2018 was up on the London Stadium figure of 90% in 2017 which was the first time Hammers season ticket holders were able to renew in their new home.

This year there are another 2,000 season ticket holders after the increase to 60,000, it is also the first time that 3,600 have had an option to not renew.

Our Claret and Hugh poll of last week predicted a renewal rate of 85% however we have learned today that the club is forecasting a renewal rate in the nineties with a possibility of a record renewal rate surpassing the 92% of last season.

The last 24 hours are often the busiest with supporters holding out for the very last day and also payday
