Condolences to Sullivan family

ClaretandHugh this morning sends its condolences to the Sullivan family after the loss of David’s mother yesterday.

Mum Thelma passed away peacefully in hospital after a brave fight and our thoughts are with him and the family at this difficult time.

David had been expecting her passing for some time and had  left the West Brom FA Cup clash at The Hawthorns several weeks ago early in order to be at her bedside.

We are not sure whether he will be taking his place in the Director’s Box for today’s game against Stoke City but we know that everybody will understand should he be absent.

Whether he is or isn’t we hope he and the family receive a small boost from a victory over Stoke City at what is one of the most difficult times to face any human being.

RIP Thelma

    I pass my respects and this makes what happened at WBA even more wrong.
