Congested pre-season schedule increases

West-HamWest Ham have announced that the club will play two extra friendlies against Peterborough United, on 11th July, and Southend United, on 18th July, to add to the three pre-season games already confirmed. West Ham will also face Colchester United, Norwich City and Charlton Athletic in late July despite the fact the club will also be playing Europa League games. West Ham have a number of Europa League scheduled in July and August assuming they proceed through the three qualifying rounds.

Europa League First Qualifying Round 2nd Leg 9th July

Pre Season Friendly Peterborough United, on 11th July 3pm, London Road

Pre Season Friendly  Southend United on 18th July 3pm, Roots Hall

Europa League Second Qualifying Round 1st Leg 16th July

Pre Season Friendly Colchester United on 21st July at 7.45pm Weston Homes Community Stadium

Europa League Second Qualifying Round 2nd Leg 23rd July

Pre Season Friendly Charlton Athletic on 25th July at 3pm The Valley 

Pre Season Friendly Norwich City 3 days later on 28th July at 7.45pm Carrow Road

Europa League Third Qualifying Round  1st Leg 30th July

Europa League Third Qualifying Round 2nd Leg 6th August

The Premier League season gets underway on Saturday 8th August with the schedule released on Wednesday 17th June.
