Chelsea manager Antonio Conte gave his team news to reporters ahead of the London derby with West Ham on Sunday and gave his thoughts on the game.

Conte revealed his injury news saying “At the moment two players are out, Luiz and Ampadu. The other players, we have two days to check the physical condition of the players. Now for sure we have two players out, Luiz and Ampadu. Pedro and Thibaut could be back”

On the West Ham game at Stamford Bridge Conte added: “We must pay great attention. In the last period they are playing good football and getting good results and we must pay great attention. At the same time we want to get three points, it is a London derby and for us it is an important game to try to continue to have a hope to reach the place in the Champions League.”
