West Ham won’t be bothered with the irksome Diego Costa at Stamford Bridge next Saturday after the striker was red carded at Everton this afternoon.
The Spaniard was dismissed after a second bookable offence after conducting a running feud with Gareth Barry all afternoon.
His departure came after Barry nibbled at the his heels near the end and Costa reacted by squaring up to the Everton veteran.
He reportedly head charged him three times ( not a head-butt ) and bared his teeth as if thinking of biting him before changing his mind.
