Cottee: “We’re two wins from safety”

TCotteeTony Cottee reckons the Irons are two wins from safety!

The former striker has regularly maintained the club will remain a Premier League force this season and sees no reason to change his mind now.

Speaking exclusively to ClaretandHugh he said: ” My relegation teams are Fulham, Cardiff City and West Brom.

And he added: “Everybody seems to think it will need 40 or 41 points to be safe but personally I’d say 37 will be enough.

“Everybody is beating everybody else this season and that will help a lot. I think we will finish up with more than 37 points but I reckon that will be enough regardless.

“The fans have had a tough old season but I think they will soon be able to relax and enjoy things free from any relegation worries.”
