Coufal injury update

Vladi Coufal is believed okay to start the match against Manchester City this weekend.

The Hammers right back took a knock while on international duty and thankfully was rested by his Czech Republic bosses.

There were fears the injury would keep him out of the game against City but we understand that after being checked out by the Hammers medics he looks set to start the game.

There doubts over both him and James Ward-Prowse but both are highly likely to start against the league leaders who have won their first four games of the season but should they slip up at the London Stadium the Hammers will go above them in the league.

The only change the manager may make is Soucek for Alvarez following his late return from international duty.

The match kicks off at 3pm at the London Stadium and the match is reported as being entirely sold out.
