David Moyes kicks off a nine game challenge

David Moyes kicks off a nine game challenge today as the squad face a  really challenging late November and December . Three international breaks have made life something of a nightmare for the squad who face seven Premier League games, a Carabao Cup clash and a Euro League game before the New year. It’s a huge ask of the club and indeed its medics as there will almost without doubts injuries kicking in as a result of so many games. Hopefully within the next hour we will hear that Jarrod Bowen is fit to play at Turf Moor and David Moyes has indicated that Michail Antonio may only be out for another couple of weeks. But with the likes of Spurs and Arsenal in front of us it’s going to be a really difficult period of the season as David Moyes explained at his presser.

He said: “With the schedule we have coming up, it’s going to be a really difficult thing to manage. It’s difficult to answer how we will do it, and I wish someone would take a look at it because that might help us.

We’re thrilled to be involved in European football and we want to challenge in the Premier League and try to have good runs in the cup competitions. If you want to do all that then it’s a punishing schedule. We’ll go with it, take every game as it comes, and do as well as we can.”

Why will Moyes not give Mubama a run. Ings has got nothing to give, and if we want to keep the young lad be has to be shown he has a chance of first team football or he will never sign a new contract.
