If you ever wanted proof of Declan Rice’s loyalty to West Ham you need to look no further than his slippers.
The 22-year-old Hammers published a photo on social media of him coming back to his new home to greet his dog with his West Ham home slippers clearly on show.
The defensive midfielder was born in Kingston, Surrey with his long term girlfriend coming from Chessington in Surrey. They recently moved into a purpose new built house remaining in Surrey where they both grew up.
Although Rice’s family were historically Chelsea fans, West Ham is now close to their hearts and first and foremost they are Delcan Rice fans. They have given up their Chelsea season tickets to follow their son and brother with the Hammers.
Suggestions that Rice and his partner would give up their Surrey life for the North of England is unlikely. Rice commutes to East London every day for training at Rush Green from his house refusing to move closer to East London.

We need to be concentrating on keeping what we have and making sure money is available to add not replace like the bad old days a selling but incoming must be moyes choices and not the 3 stooges you just stump up the money and leave it to the man moyes
