Declan Rice reveals what really scares him

Declan Rice has revealed that ‘being scared’ is the thing that most scares him. The Hammer was speaking to BBC Radio 5 Sport over the viral video of him being woken up by childhood friend Mason Mount on a boat in Dubai during the summer holidays. Rice explains he went for a sleep on the boat in 45-50c heat as he had a headache only to be woken up screaming by Mason. Rice explains that they have been friends since he was eight years old and vowed to get his revenge on the player he calls ‘Mace’. Rice said ‘Looking back at the video now, I still don’t know why I screamed twice if it was only one scream people wouldn’t have been too bothered. I think the first time I woke up, it was like a dream, like was it still happening? the next one I can’t even describe it”

He also reveals that Jack Wilshere is a prankster in the West Ham training ground and he lives in fear of Jack jumping out on him.
