Diafra Sakho returns to training ground

SakhoDiafra Sakho has returned to Rush Green training ground this morning after an absence of two days after his trip to France.

A club insider confirmed to the news to Claret and Hugh this morning saying “Yes he is training today”

Sakho will sit down with the manager to clear to air before resuming training.

Bilic will tell him that should he play in at least half the games between now and January and score a minimum of six goals the club will honour their promise of a move or new deal.

He will also be told that he has let himself,  the club, but chiefly the fans down and that the time has come for him to get his life in order and repay West Ham United with the performances of which he is capable.

But any sort of transgression will now be punished with a fine each time leaving the striker in a difficult financial position.

  1. # 15 #32 😂😂
Can’t believe the stillness on here this morning ,
    Deafening in fact 😎

    • Relegation may be playing on everyone’s mind laz. I think everyone has just basically had enough of this shambles. I know I have ..

    • Their fingers are too sore this morning Laz from thumping away at their keyboards last night 😁😁

      • hehe Rads, I actually slept pretty well although I did stay up until past 1pm to check in case the David’s were keeping anything quiet.

    • Lol Laz, sorry mate real life got in the way, I have been working don’t tell anyone 😉

  2. Difficult Financial position ? He’s been earning £25k a week for 3 years for sitting on his arse.
I wish I had those financial difficulties.

  3. Wish I had carrolls 😉

  4. Haven’t this club learned from Payet, pandering to a player who tried to get out, he is really going to care about a telling off from Bilic when he doesn’t care about West Ham full stop. Clubs in France will be queuing up to offer silly money in January

  5. I never trusted him, and never will. He will always want to leave and Bilic never forgives disloyalty, so he will go in Jan or Next summer at the latest. Meanwhile we can expect another example of Payet-izm.
The Payet click was Payet, Sakho, Kouyate, and Fernandes, and only Fernandes as a young impressionable kid, can be trusted some.

  6. They’ve really taught him a lesson – new Contract is being talked about on Twitter.

West Ham have realised that he’s really badly needed in a chronically thin Squad – what a farce!

    • They did say that was conditional on appearances and goals, but as if he would agree to it LOL. As you say it’s become a farce.

  7. What was we ment to do.A player throws a strop on the last two days of the window and we should have flogged him with no replacement.
Most fans would have gone apoplectic if that had happened.Common sense prevailed even if only for the short-term.

    • Agreed… he put us in a sh*t position yet again. We’ve done all that could be done, without a replacement. Only him to blame.

  8. I think Sakho will stay and Bilic will go cos the problem Sakho has is with Bilic.
The Davids will get rid as soon as and Sakho will sign a new contract and be the darling of the fands, just hope whoiever is the new Manager will be able to see this.

Sakho staying is like a new signing, get rid of Bilic , he has no idea at this level and has his favs just like fat Sam and look what happened to him

  9. Time to let it go chaps! As Rice Krispie man says above we need a striker. He needs to perform to get his transfer. I know he will get booed but that won’t help us either. We have to ‘get on wiv it’ as Curbs used to say all the time.

On the window, yes big let down at the end. The spending figures for PL. On the net spend we are shown as £15m. Ignoring the big clubs, what struck me is many of the sides we will be competing with (I assume there is nobody left deluded enough to be thinking of CL?) have much bigger net spends. A couple -Swans & Burnley- had big transfers out so are negative. We are close to Saints £21m CP £7m. Newcastle £19m. But there is Bournemouth 30 Huddersfield 39 Watford 42 Leicester 42 WBA 42 Brighton 40.

I will be interested to hear the club’s take on this. It will probably give me a heart attack mind you but I will still be interested.

  10. By the way, that story yesterday that the Gomes still was wrecked by yet another nasty selling club doing the dirty on us ‘at the death’. Just a question- isn’t the Spain window still open, or is that just for sales to Spain? I am beginning to doubt everything that comes out of the club now. Not a good feeling….

    • Even if the Spanish window was still open ours is shut for buying so it matters little.I dont believe we were shafted at the death though as Spuds were in the driving seat and talking to him more than us from my understanding.

    • Yes it shuts later tonight Hammer64.So they can still buy or sell but we cant buy from them now.

  11. Well i can only go on where i live which is a huge ‘ammers area & having spoke to a few chaps this morning while in town the delirium on websites really isnt matched by the chaps i talked too.
Yes they are dissatisfied with the start, yes they would have liked Carvalho but they aint going bananas like the websites.
Im just telling it as i see it from my experience today.

    • That’s how I feel despite being unhappy about not getting Carvalho, not particularly impressed by the way Bilic is setting us up to play without the ball I am happy with the players we did sign and if Bilic doesn’t deliver in the next few games he will be gone, if he does I will be happy we are moving in the right direction, as long as Allardyce doesn’t return what’s not to like 🙂

  12. We’re kidding ourselves if we think the player put us in this position with 2 days of the window left. It was clear to anyone watching his body language against Cheltenham that he was clearly – so why wasn’t this properly addressed within the club? Again some mickey mouse handling and then we’re shocked when he tries to leave. Anywhere else he’d be left to rot in the reserves but we’re so desperate because of another shambolic transfer window we’re trying to sweet talk him. What a joke!

What the last week of the transfer window clearly shows is that the board are no longer backing Bilic. He’ll be gone by October, which will give them time to find a new a manager in place in time for the Jan window, who will then get the cash to bring in his ownplayers then.

    • How do you know he wasnt told to wind his neck in but went and did his own thing anyway.Everyones an expert in hindsight eh.

  13. I think the bigger Issue! Is the board not backing Bilic In the window WHY?? Net spend this window 14 mill Over 2 windows net spend 4 mill.. Everyone knew there would be no final day spending when Sullivan trotted off on his hols !! Ive always defended the Daves BUT!! Time to say THey should have backed him or sacked him…I feel they are hoping he (Billic) will resign.. I WORRY for our club. COYI

    • According to Sean not Sky net spend was 19.2 million but even so I agree we should have been spending a lot more, if we had signed Carvalho its not like any manager coming in wouldn’t have wanted one of the best defensive midfielders in the world and he would have filled a position we have been lacking since Song’s departure. I wouldn’t say I am worried we are only 3 games in and all of them away from home, one of the games we played well in after going 2 – 0 down, a common theme in our history under Bilic. The alarm bells are clearly ringing I am sure to the David’s, I had no problem with them keeping Bilic until the window shut and they have a replacement lined up, in this World Cup year it might also be good if we have a substantial war chest for January a lot of players that want to be playing first team football to secure their World Cup places or at least challenge for them should be available and our new manager if Bilic moves on will also need to sign players to suit their style and they no longer come cheap. You are more than likely right FF and no money will be spent in January either but I am foolishly at times optimistic that our chairmen have one eye on more pressing developments and are playing a longer game this season.

  14. Way i see it,similiar to Ray.We all pretty much know Bilic is on borrowed time and a new manager is going to want a sizeable transfer kitty to work with.It will he hard to attract a manager when we say sorry but got no money Bilic blew it all in the summer.

    • TBH Travis, I’m beginning to wonder how much money is actually in the ‘war chest’.
I don’t think we’ll attract the likes of Rafa with a £20 WH Smith’s voucher and book of Green Shield stamps in the kitty😄⚒

  15. Bilic and his coaches have never been man-mangers , which is a major problem; they seem to ship players in , without any idea of how to play them to their greatest strengths. Get shot of all of them, and let this muppet rot until the January transfer window (IMHO!)

  16. Is it safe to post 🤔 Have all the keyboard ninja’s retreated back to Dignitas HQ for further training ready for the January transfer window onslaught? Or are we still on a high threat level and there just lurking in the shadows 😆😆 It is what it is we didn’t sign anyone the world’s still turning . , the current bun’s trying to pop its head out and we’re still lumbered with old poppodom, captain slow and the globetrotting nut job 😆 Onwards and upwards no point feeling suicidal we can’t change bleeding anything anyway 😀

  17. You must smoke the same exotic tobacco as rad does gw lol

    • Travis after 30+ years of seeing us going up and down, signing Beachaump and him getting homesick for Oxford after a day,Boogers speeding off in his horse drawn caravan, Savio allegedly being a 9m pound footballer, Macari and Grant allegedly being managers, Roeder being Roeder and the Slug cupping his ear and calling us all deluded I ain’t going to get wound up because the Driscolls try and buy players with a few chocolate coins and a Betamax copy of the rise of the Krays 😆 We can’t change f**k all all we can do is support the those that put on the shirt and hope for the best 😀 No point giving yourself a bleeding coronary for something you can’t do nothing about 😆😆

    • Its produced by Daphne’s tobacco house, you may have noticed the pop up ads for it at Claret and Hugh towers ? hehe

      • Daphnes parish council must be manic today. It was a nuthouse lastnight. Not going to support the club no more.Buy no more merchandising blah blah blah.Bunch of weirdos lol

      • Plenty of stock available 32 or you could treat yourself to Rads self penned book on meditation called ” Radititation – one mans spiritual journey around a popcorn machine” Laz’s book on emoji’s titled ” Emoji me up you saxy thang” or Kevin’s thought provoking DVD ” Oh Andy where for out thou” all about a one man’s obsession with a 6ft 4 inanimate object 😆😆

        • Lmao does kevins dvd come with a black armband wrapped around it.

          • Unfortunately not Travis but it does come with the free Andy Carroll version of the board game “Operation” where the aim of the game is to remove body parts very very slowly then put them back very very slowly 😆 Its so lifelike you can even pour countless amounts of alcohol into its mouth while it recuperates 😆😆
