Diarra desperate for Irons move

lassana-diarra-real-madridLassana Diarra is desperate for a move to West Ham in the summer.

Having seen his move to Upton Park blocked by Fifa in January the Frenchman now is keeping his fingers crossed the deal will be resurrected.

Fifa have been investigating the problems between Diarra and his club Lokomotiv Moscow and the move broke down as a result but as he enters the last year of his deal in June, Diarra is free to move under the rules.

And the former Chelsea, Arsenal, Portsmouth and Real Madrid midfielder said: “What happened was that I got fired from a club and now I cannot play football. It’s a crazy thing because I’m free.

“Hopefully it can all be resolved and the deal with West Ham can be completed.”
