“Digging Her Heels in” Brady Hints at West Ham Future in Fan Meeting

West Ham vice-chair Karren Brady appears to be sticking to her guns and looks unlikely to be leaving the club any time soon, if last night’s FAB meeting with supporters is anything to go by.

While the minutes from the meeting have yet to be disclosed, Claret & Hugh understands that Brady made it known she would be hosting the next meeting of the Fan Advisory Board — a clear indication she expects to remain in her position.

Brady has been under intense pressure over the past few days, with multiple rumours emerging last week suggesting she was set to depart West Ham amid alleged storms brewing behind the scenes, along with the prospect of less-than-favourable financial accounts due to be published.

No Direct Question Over Her Future?

We have yet to receive full confirmation, but it is our understanding that Brady may not have been asked directly about her future role within the club. That said, WHUISC social media account which is made up of FAB board members have been asked directly whether Brady will leave and replied “not at the moment”.

For now, however, the signs suggest she is not preparing to walk away.

Hammers Chat my first game was West Ham 10-0 Bury . . . seriously!
We than went and bought Bury's central defender 😬⚒️ Irons

Started Hammers Chat alongside my partner in crime Geo back in 2014 and brough in to Claret & Hugh by my old mate Hughie to produce videos a couple of years later.

Give West Ham opinions on Sky Sports News and even did a bit of moonlighting on BBC Football Focus.

Sometimes feature on BBC Radio 5 Live and once ate a biscuit in Tony Gales shed.

Connoisseur of salted caramel doughnuts and I love a Sloppy Giuseppe pizza although I'm slightly suspicious where the name came from.

When I'm not moaning about West Ham I can be found walking a dog that looks like a sheep and tinkering with pinball machines.

Of course she has no interest in leaving. She’s being paid a fortune for offering nothing, as she’s completely incompetent despite being incredibly arrogant, egotistical and narcissistic.

I don’t think she’s particularly bright, but she knows that she’s onto a winner by taking so much money from the club whilst giving zero back in return.

The same thing for the vertically-challenged ex-adult industry cheapskate charlatan as well. He’s hardly invested any of his own money into the club, but has taken tens of millions of pounds from it.

Karma eventually comes for everyone. Theirs is about to knock on their door any time now.

Sport has everything to do with THE CHALLENGE! That means we go for it EVERY GAME. No true supporter should go along with geoffrey’s defeatist comments.
So get behind the team – if Brady, in spite of all the vitriol aimed at her, has decided to continue to fight for the cause, then good on her!
I refuse to wave the ‘red card’ at matches and remain appreciative of the fact that the board, unlike most PL outfits, includes genuine Hammers fans (OK – decisions are not always clever)! Critics never seem to come up with viable alternatives. ‘Nough said!

That’s a whopping assumption . . .that anyone critical of Brady is not behind the team? Very binary thinking.

Of course the truth is that most believe the board are doing a poor job and still sing their hearts out at games.

her position at the moment of no consequence.if we dont wake up soon from this trance and start winning it will get to the point where will have to win the last seven or eight games to stay up.or is it where down and its all sullivan and bradys fault?a waste of mental energy.
i have no fondness for either of them but really is this what its all about?get your maps out how to get to wrexham.why bother playing liverpool on saturday? just post them the 3 points.no point travelling hundreds of miles to lie down and bear your throat.west ham is about the thousands of fans travelling north.they deserve better.the players and management need to look at themselves and everyone stop brooding about brady.
