Digital season ticket update

West Ham season ticket holders have been receiving emails from the Ticket Office containing digital ticket(s) and step-by-step instructions for how to gain access to London Stadium for the Manchester United Premier League game on Sunday 19 September.

The club say they are continuing to work in line with Premier League protocols and guidance and supporters should be prepared for a check of  their COVID status, whether that be by displaying proof of full vaccination or a negative lateral flow test in the 48 hours prior to kick-off.

The Club encourages all to download the NHS app to demonstrate that status, as well as considering your journey to London Stadium, including arriving at least an hour before kick-off.

The Club is getting closer to the implementation of a digital ticket solution that will enable Season Ticket Holders to download a seasonal digital pass to their smartphone in order to gain access to London Stadium on matchday but it will not be available for this game.

They warn that tickets that have been screenshotted will not be valid or accepted and they insist that the original e-ticket is presented when accessing London Stadium next weekend. The Club says they also are supporting fans who do not have access to a smartphone. Full information will continue to be communicated to Season Ticket holders in this coming week.
