Dimi’s timely word of thanks

|

winston_reid_celebrates_scoring_their_first_goa_360584David Moyes can complain forever about the offside as far as Dimi Payet concerned who remains deeeply grateful to Winston Reid for weighing in with the winner against Sunderland.

The French maestro doen’t often appear on social media but made a point of coming out to applaud the big Kiwi.

He has a habit of popping up on Instagram or Twitter at precisely the right moment – something which he probably brings off the field of play!

And following the last gasp strike which left Sunderland seething and the Hammers hollering Dimi made his own feelings very clear.

He declared on Instagram: “He doesn’t score often but each of his goals are important Thank’s bro @winston.reid2Good work of the whole team 💪🏽 @westham @equipedefrance #2 #teamboumbam#27 #lelitecestnous #8 #coyi #hammers

Spot on and so say all of us.

Reid is slowly becoming a West Ham great. Dimi is right, he scores so many important goals.
Winning goal v Millwall, late winning goal v Man utd in last ever game at the Boleyn. First goal in our 3-0 away win at the lane and the crucial goal on Saturday. I’m sure I’m missing a couple.
