Diop rewarded for Spurs performance

Issa Diop was the Claret and Hugh man of the match when nearly 400 player ratings were calculated and averaged from readers.

The young defender scored an impressive 8.62 in the Saturday lunchtime game in the victory against Spurs with three other West Ham players also scoring eights.

Skipper Mark Noble was second with an average score of 8,38, followed by goals scorer Michail Antonio on 8.28 with Fabianski having to make do with fourth place this weekend on 8.06.

Fabian Balbuena was top of the seven scores with 7.91 as he re-formed his partnership with Diop in the centre of defence.

Declan Rice was next on 7.55, followed by Ryan Fredericks on 7.53 with Felipe Anderson on 7.43, Robert Snodgrass on 7.39 and Arthur Masusku the last of the sevens on 7.0.

Marko Arnautivic was top of the sixes on an average score of 6.9 while there was a two-way tie for the bottom place between Lucas Perez and Pedro Obiang both of which totalled an average score of 6.11.
