Kurt Zouma’s challenges in finding a new club have been well reported, his agency Canterasport based in Dubai have been working hard  for weeks since he was told to find another club by West Ham United.

Agency Director Mounir Sidhoum has been seeking to finalise the former Hammers’ captain’s relocation to Dubai based club Shabab Al Ahli despite a raft of medical issues which have held up completion of a deal. Still no news of a breakthrough as Zouma remains in limbo and without a concrete future: Speculation is rife that he will just have his contract paid off by West Ham if a another club cannot be found who will take him even with subsidised wages.

Of course this is the same agent who represents Nayef Aguerd, who changed agents to Canterasport in June of this year, with an eye to the future and seeking, similarly, to seek a move to the same continent by raising his profile with a specialist in the Dubai and Saudi leagues.

West Ham are looking to offload Aguerd

West Ham are looking to sell Nayef Aguerd but are there any buyers?

Transfermarkt displays all of Canterasport’s top players with Aguerd heading the list, shown with their valuation of £30 million. Frankly if West Ham are able to secure anything like that for Aguerd, I think they’d be delighted. The Moroccan has endured a mixed couple of seasons since injuring himself in the preseason game with Rangers when he arrived from Rennes. He has been linked with several clubs in the last weeks as he has slipped down the pecking order.

It remains to be seen if agent Mounir Sidhoum is able to work the oracle and get these two Irons’ defenders off the books before the end of the transfer season: Since joining his new agent in June, Aguerd has so far been unable to secure a move.

Presumably whilst competing for a place in the new – era Lopetegui squad, the move was on the back burner. With the addition of Max Kilman and Jean-Clair Todibo to the first team plus Mavropanos’ selection leaving the Moroccan not even on the bench at the weekend, I am sure Aguerd has been back on to his agent to get him out of London Stadium and into a new club -fast!

Like everyone else, lifelong WHU fan and season ticket holder in old BMU stand at Upton Park from 2003. Billy Bonds these days with my adult son and impatiently waiting for my Grandson to be old enough to initiate him before his mum grabs him for Man U. All opinions are my own very biased ones.

It would be good to get them moved on, Cornet too, I think even I’ve given up on him now…

Added adverts make site very decorative and annoying.
Complete waste of space and a load of sh!te.
Slows down to the point of bombing out.
Needs revamping to make more user friendly.

Totally agree. New layout is incomprehensible. Scrolling through pointless ads to find the comment section. Having to close down a full page ad when selecting the next article. Very disappointing. Would expect more from this site.

Zouma should do the decent thing and retire. Utter waste of space, as is his idiot mate Aguerd. What a pair of shameful mercenaries.
