Elliot Lee Scores but still no win

leeNick Haycock’s Under 21 Development Squad are still looking for their first league win of the season after five games.

Even Ravel Morrison who was drafted in to start for the U21 side tonight couldn’t magic up a win against a Fulham U21 side at Motspur Park tonight.

West Ham went 1-0 down after 52 minutes but it was left to Elliot Lee to score his first goal of the season to claim an equaliser  two minutes later. The match finished 1-1 leaves them stranded towards the bottom of the U21 table with 2 points.

It has been suggested that Sam is looking for Championship teams to take both Lee and Morrison on short term loans so Nick Haywood could soon be without their services as he looks for that first illusive win of the season.

West Ham United Team: Spiegel (GK), Knoyle, Page, Whitehead, Oxford, Burke, Bywater, Cullen, Lee, Morrison, Lletget
Subs: Mavila, Boness (GK), Nasha, Harney, Gordon

  1. I think Elliot has earned his chance now to be part of the first team squad, if we are going to send players on loan then let’s send Vaz Te and Cole as they are not required in the first team and have no future with the club
