En-Nesyri rejects Hammers move AGAIN!

The Daily Mail are reporting that Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri has once again rejected the chance to join West Ham.

It had been widely reported yesterday that the Hammers were preparing a loan move at the request of manager David Moyes. The Moroccan international was the managers main transfer target in 2021 but rejected the transfer because his family were ‘settled’ in Spain.

It seems that time has not diminished Moyesies desire to recruit a player he rates highly. It is believed that owner David Sullivan was preparing a loan offer with an option or obligation to buy in 6 months time. En-Nesyri was valued at £40m just two years ago but a dip in form of both the player and Sevilla has seen his value reduce.

Whilst the Spanish club appear keen to broker a deal the Mail are reporting the player himself has no desire to leave Sevilla. This is completely consistent with his stance the first time West Ham inquired about his availability.

The Daily Mail concludes. The Hammers made a renewed approach for the Moroccan striker in order to help  solve the problems in their toothless attack – but look to be frustrated with the player eager to stay in LaLiga.

Budgetary restrictions are currently proving difficult for Moyes’ side as well, as they look to loan deals.
