Yesterday West Ham was drawn away against FC Lusitans of Andorra in the first led of the first qualifying round of the Europa League but that schedule is about to change.
UEFA have given permission to reverse the fixtures after fellow Andorran team UE Sant Julia were also drawn at home.
A lack of UEFA category 2 stadiums in the small European microstate means that West Ham will now play at home at the Boleyn Ground on Thursday 2nd July with the away trip in Andorra now moved to Thursday 9th July.
Chairman David Gold confirmed the news saying “We have just told by UEFA that our tie against FC Lusitans has been reversed and we will now be at HOME in the 1st Leg. dg”
