Even Santa knows the team Moyes has in his stocking

I know, you know, the reindeer know and even Santa knows the team Moyes has in his stocking for tomorrow’s game.

Even Santa knows the team Moyes has in his stocking

Here it is: Areola, Coufal, Zouma, Aguerd (if fit), Emerson, Alvarez, Soucek, Paqueta, Ward-Prowse, Kudus, Bowen. Nothing very surprising will be coming down the chimney as we take on Manchester United tomorrow lunchtime.

They will know as well that he will be playing a counter attacking game and that any substitutes will arrive around the 65th minute cos that’s what pur manager does.

Given all of that. I think it is fair to assume that Man U boss Erik ten Hag may have a reasonable idea of how to address the Hammers formation and approach tomorrow which of course is the same most weeks.

It is fair to assume however that if the eleven play really well we could have too much for the Mancs but of course the problem is they will know exactly how to set themselves up anyway.

I had a press release from the club the other day telling me that Santa was going to be visiting the club shop and I couldn’t help wondering whether, given he loves to offer surprises, he might be able to take over from Moyes for this game.

David Moyes has very good players in this squad. Tomorrow let’s hope we get a seriously attacking formation which leaves the United manager scratching his head.
