West Ham co-owner Daniel Kretinsky is understood to have brought in some of his own staff to help fill the void in executive positions at West Ham United following the extraordinary events of the last week.

There has been considerable concern amongst supporters that the club simply does not have the necessary personnel in place to efficiently navigate what is likely to be West Ham’s most important transfer window for many years as the club attempts to bounce straight back to the Premier League.

However, Claret & Hugh were assured earlier this afternoon that Kretinsky has already put some of his “top people” in place to help oversee the running of the club in the immediate future and at present.

Trusted Faces Arrive Behind The Scenes

Everything coming out of the club at the moment seems to point towards a certain level of excitement about the prospect of change.

As we reported earlier, David Sullivan’s presence has now completely disappeared from the football club, while scouting and data analysis staff have been reassured about their job security as West Ham look to build for the future.

The latest development appears to be another indication that Kretinsky is becoming increasingly involved in the day-to-day operation of the club.

A Growing Sense Of Change

There is certainly a sense of buoyancy amongst staff behind the scenes, who appear to be under little doubt that Kretinsky is preparing to take greater control of the football club.

What has become increasingly evident over recent weeks is just how involved the Czech billionaire has become as he undertakes a period of internal due diligence at West Ham.

Whether that ultimately leads to full control remains to be seen.

What is clear, however, is that the club is already beginning to look very different behind the scenes.

Amongst all this talk of staff what is your understanding of the role Mark Noble is likely to play in any new structure.
It has always struck me that he has more to offer. He would certainly have the support of supporters which puts him in a unique position
