West Ham have sensationally left the door open to bring in more signings during THIS transfer window. However, any new recruits are dependant on the club offloading some of the fringe players in the current Hammers squad.
Speaking exclusively to Claret and Hugh, a top club source was asked whether West Ham’s impressive transfer business had been concluded for the summer. The answer was an unexpected ‘maybe’ but clearly attentions are focused on thinning the bloated playing staff first.
The top Hammers source said, “Yes, we’re 90% finished. We need a few fringe players out to get them off the wage bill and bring on a bit of money. Sadly, it’s easier said than done, but that’s where our attention is”.
Intriguing and possibly leaving room for one more signing? Reading between the lines the likes of Kurt Zouma, Maxwel Cornet and Danny Ings would be high on the list to depart although it should be stated that no names were mentioned to C&H during the conversation.
We know Tim Steidten can sign players, now comes the tricker task of finding buyers for players surplus to requirements.
Another non-story from the click-bait merchants.
Another pointless comment. I fail to understand why people who detest the articles on this site keep coming back to announce their dislike of the site.
Why not just visit another one instead, or how about putting some time and effort into starting your own site? One that only has commentary you deem worthy.
I don’t understand either…
Absolutely. There is no point in getting annoyed, we must enjoy them for their comedy value. I mean the headline is priceless. Exclusive a football club might buy players…. or it might not. 😂
