Reports suggest that former West Ham target Jhon Durán has been offered to several Premier League clubs, including the Hammers themselves. Tottenham, Newcastle United and Leeds United are believed to be at the forefront of discussions with his representatives.

Durán is currently on loan at Fenerbahçe, who are reportedly seeking to terminate the deal after the Colombian striker managed just five goals in twenty‑one appearances.

Any club looking to bring him in this month would need to agree similar terms to his current loan deal.

Al Nassr, meanwhile, are said to be unwilling to part with the forward for anything less than the £64 million they paid for him in January 2025.

West Ham, having already secured Pablo and Taty Castellanos earlier in the window and retaining Callum Wilson, appear unlikely to pursue a deal. However, with the club sitting six points away from safety, supporters will be watching deadline‑day developments closely, anticipating further arrivals.

In a twist of fate, Leeds United—who missed out to West Ham in the race for Taty Castellanos—are apparently showing the strongest interest. Durán may yet come back to trouble the Hammers once more.

I have been a season ticket holder since the late eighties, so experienced the highs and lows of being a West Ham supporter. I previously wrote for OLAS and have contributed to a number of football publications in the past.

Crystal Palace are buying players to help get them up the table.
Don’t think Killman fits that criteria.
As for Duran eye watering figures which would make Sully cry.
For somebody with his talent why is he being pushed from one team to another?
    Makes you wonder.
Emery couldn’t wait to get shot of him.

Duran would be the one, he has such a big personality he could lift the team, it won’t happen we are signing Disasi can’t see any others arriving because of the incompetence of our board.

  • Jeff says:

Apparently we’ve been in talks with Crystal Palace over selling Kilman them. Can’t be true surely?

    • Martin Treasure says:

no, the ‘origin’ of this ‘story’ is a vague article claiming the ‘Palace Board ‘talked about’ Kilman months ago.
“Crystal Palace discussed Max Kilman as a potential option to solve their centre-back struggles, the ‘News Shopper'(who?-MT) understands……..

Palace Sporting Director Matt Hobbs was Chief Scout at Wolves when they signed the 28-year-old and had become Sporting Director when they sold him to West Ham in 2024.

Palace are not expected to pursue a move for Kilman, with decision makers opposing the idea, although they are struggling in their search for a centre-back.” Utter non-story which hasn’t stopped some writers grabbing a few clicks.

        I wish it were true.

Ironically, it’s like the infamous example of Brian Clough substituting Steve Hodge and bringing no player on in an FA Cup tie with Palace.

Clough apparently told Hodge that they’d be more effective with nobody on the pitch over him and when it comes to Kilman, that definitely seems fitting.
