West Ham are apparently looking hard at former Brighton and Chelsea manager Graham Potter as a possible replacement for David Moyes at the end of the season with opinions on the Claret and Hugh forums decisively split on such a move. Here C and H Facebook follower Simon Barham gives his view.

Many are putting Graham Potter’s name forward.
Yes, of course it is allĀ about opinions, but let’s take a look at the Premier League statsĀ for Moyes at Hammers and Potter at Brighton and Chelsea:
Fan view on Potter for Moyes
Goals scored per game – Moyes 1.43 Potter 1.09; Points per game- Moyes 1.35 Potter 1.23 – Overall Goals per game – Moyes 2.90 Potter 2.29.
I am deffo not Moyes In, I just see Potter as jumping out of the frying pan into the fire on those figures .
Potter is known to play a possession game, but his teams were pretty much slowest in PL for getting the ball forward and scored just over one goal a game, which is way less than Moyes .
As I said, I’m deffo Moyes Out, but I can’t see the attraction of a manager whose teams barely score a goal a game.
CandH says: That all seems very reasonable to us. The time has come for an expansive gamed under a manager who really values offensive football.
