Fans patience reaches breaking point

Hammers fans have seriously had enough of Andy Carroll!.
Once again after just two goals and limited appearances this season, the striker may well be heading back to the operating table after a scan picked up a problem in his ankle.
It has stretched patience to breaking point and beyond among Irons and here’s a random selection of comments from mmbers of the the ClaretandHugh Facebook Group.
Carroll
O Get him fit for the Summer then get rid.
O  Normal service then!
O As if the health service have got enough to deal with, the old china doll comes hobbling back.God almighty.
O Looks like he’s hewn from girders but he breaks like glass
O If he was a horse he’d have been put down by now…
O Just as there is a sniff we can get our money back…another injury. You just could not make it up!!
O Can’t even sell him this window
O What a sorry excuse of a professional footballer! Do the honourable thing and retire!!!

  1. Who in their right mind will pay good money for this flop ? He’s a bit part player and always has been ! About as much use as a dud battery in waynettas dildo lol !! Were stuck with him and that’s that. If he doesn’t like the bench put him in the stiffs , makes no difference either way on form or injured , enough is enough ! Run his contract down and kick him out of the door , club should make him pay for his treatment as well while we wait for that wonderful day when he feks off ! 👎👎👎👎

    • They light of actually paid £10m for him but not £20m bc he would do alright if fit with their service he would score.
As for Sakho Jonny I know a lot don’t like him but we could get £10m if sell to rival but that be a mistake. Rennes wanted loan which is mad.
But with our squad size & way Moyes plays Sakho best suits us so they might do best to actually start playing him some & he might get on w Moyes extend his contract if can’t sell then if does good & still wants move sell him in summer.

But can’t say if gonna play a lone CF or 2 up front Sakho shouldnt be the one over AC Ayew or Chic I would play him w Chic bc if something happens to Arnie Ayew can’t play up alone nor can Chjc & they can’t play together so might really need Sakho

  2. How on earth did anyone believe we would actually be paid for AC – or indeed Sakho. If the club got £5m for either of them it would be a miracle.
IF there is any truth that G and S were trying to sell AC to Chelsea then if they had any nous they should have done a deal based upon a 24 hour completion before Chelsea had time to think rather than harbor any delusions that he is worth very much.

  3. The problem jonnyd is the loss of face by the board who will get it big time if he goes for nothing near his superstar rating ! Says it all mate he’s a liability flop , he’s been a disaster and a embarrassment for the club ? Hence the PR surrounding the rumours that I for one don’t buy ! The saga goes on !!!😎

  4. What is sad is how we have stood by him for too long now, it was plain to see to most observers that he simply does not deliver for the salary we pay him, would anyone in a Top 100 Company get away with his record? simple answer is NO!

If we don’t learn now from the mistakes we have made on this, we will Never Learn.

  5. Whilst he doesn’t provide good value for his salary compared to most players, the brutal truth is he is as likely as anyone to score the goals you need in the few games he plays which can mean the difference between staying up or heading down.

  6. His last injury wasn’t what was reported, he got a papercut from the letter with his cheque in it, on another site I asked who was better off, regarding player payments, bonuses, endorsement and time doing what they were paid to ÷ by actual minutes played, Carroll or Dyer, both had their own table in the medical room, cut your losses and play the kids who are eager to play.

  7. Personally , I think he was playing with his ankle problem . Shouldn’t have been but was .
I haven’t lost faith in Carroll . Still dangerous and needed . Hey , but let’s cheer on the Hammers when he scores . Other West Ham strikers !! haven’t scored sacks of goals either . So why pick on Carroll ?? .

  8. I don’t really think of him as a squad player anymore its just happened too much …if he gets in the squad every now and then when fit then fine but the days are gone when we need him desperate.. I mean 2 goals last week and u think oh great then a few dayts later out for another few months ..no point at all getting the hump anymoire its just happening to much now ..we can’t sell him so just think I of him as a semi. Part time footballer..
