Pablo Zabaleta believes Samir Nasri would be an excellent signing for the Irons ao long as he can solve his fitness issues claiming he has all the skill and creativity in the world.

O I’ve been quite negative about signing Nasri, with the proviso that if Pelle wants him then in Pelle we trust – and the same goes for Zaba (who sounds more and more like a manager every interview).
He was quality but he hasn’t played for over a year, hasn’t kept himself fit in the meantime, is reportedly overweight and being on the wrong side of thirty, it’s not easy to turn those factors around. Getting fit is one thing, match fit is another and from there it would still be some distance to consistently performing at his optimum level. He might be worth a gamble but I don’t expect him to get anywhere near his previous level in half a season. Even before his ban he appeared to be on the decline.
It is a complete no brainer . Of course we must sign him . We are desperately short of quality in midfield . He is head and shoulders a better player than Wilshere and Noble . Get rid of Chickpea who is a complete waste of space , offload Oxford , Perez,and Cresswell to free up funds and create spaces for more youth on the bench and pray that Noble realises he is bringing the club down and give him a job as ambassador .
