Feghouli escapes three match ban

|

sofiane-feghouli-774898Sofiane Feghouli has had his claim of wrongful dismissal upheld today [Wednesday 4 January 2017] following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing.

The West Ham United player was sent off for serious foul play by controversial referee Mike Dean  during the game against Manchester United on Monday 2 January 2017 – a decision which brought a storm of disapproval from right across the game.

The standard three-match suspension has, therefore, been withdrawn with immediate effect.

Now please go and sign our petition calling on Dean to be sacked as a Premier League referee at https://www.claretandhugh.info/time-to-sack-mike-dean/

At least this is in fact disavowing the pompous and petulant but inept individual Dean is. Hopefully, if he is not demoted, removed, or whatever, he will stop skipping around as if he was the cutest and best thing that ever happened to the world of refereeing. Not too optimistic on that though, as this little guy obviously has a high opinion of himself. I wonder how many mirrors he has broken asking “tell me who is the cutest, the best and most infallible of all”….

So we have him for 3 games but Utd got awarded an away win and 3 points closer to the top 4 and the players that played for us are even more knackered because of the extra work they put in, whoopee !!!

  • slaven a laugh says:

Bad refereeing but everyone knows it. It’s been well publicised. The referee has humiliated himself publicly. A vendetta Calling for someone to be sacked however just lacks class.

  • Muckracker says:

A petition for Mike Dean’s sacking might just result in more accountability from the Referees and the PGMOL, and is therefore necessary

The daylight robbery against the less fashionable clubs will continue with impunity until and unless we demand some kind of action.

You saw how we lost a champions league place last season due to systematic substandard officiating, so how long do you want this to continue while we stand aside and look?
