Feghouli travels to Turkey

west_hams_sofiane_feghouli_celebrates_scoring_their_third_goal_317515Sofiane Feghouli will travel to Istanbul today according to the Turkish media.

Fanatik.com.tr says Galatasaray have already agreed personal terms with Feghouli and he will now take a medical in Turkey this week.  The report says assuming he passes his medical in Istanbul he will then sign the official contract. Galatasaray will pay West Ham for 4.5 million Euros (£4m) for his transfer.

The protracted exit has been delayed over a dispute about a signing on fee Feghouli he was promised by the Hammers spread over three years and a knock he picked up in Germany while training.

It is thought the 27-year-old will sign a four year deal with the Turkish team worth around £60,000 per week. Feghouli joined West Ham on a free transfer last summer from Valencia but his combined wages and staggered signing on fee makes him one of the highest earners in the club. His departure would take around £70,000 per week off the wage bill.

  1. won’t miss him in the slightest.

  2. One out one in would like s to rekindle our interest in Hakem Zyrich from Dutch league at 24 come in and help Lanzini add some creativity boasting 48 goals and 50 assists. Be a solid buy for now and future where keen last summer but had Lanzini and Payet. And seems to be passing up on Ryad Boudebouz.
Hakem’s age is perfect experienced and w Lanzini’s 2 assists and Antonio’s at 5 w highest I believe need chances for Chicarito and a lil note consintency.
Plus if Liverpool do happen to turn Manu’s head then need to be ready.

  3. Please don’t fail the medical 😎

  4. Bit of a shame really , I mean , he was improving and starting to show promise .
Best of luck to him .

  5. How long does it take to get to turkey 😉
