Hammer Felipe Anderson has been excluded from the Brazilain squad who will be going to the Copa America this summer.Despite making 40 appearances this season scoring ten goals there is no place for him in the Brazilian squad despite his inclusion in an international against Panama in March.

Anderson will have the summer off and joins Manuel Lanzini and Javier Hernandez who have also been left out of Argentian and Mexico national squads this summer.
In the case of Hernandez, it is so he can be present for the birth of his child.
Not good for our hopes of keeping him, or is it ?
Perhaps he will be less desirable to other clubs because he is not in the International team certainly with the amount we would want to receive for his transfer ?
On the flip side perhaps it is because he hasn’t been playing European football why he hasn’t been selected in which case he may be less happy with another season of the same ?
Hopefully whatever the outcome he will be well rested and fit for the start of the new season.

Another message to Anderson, 1 in 4 games isn’t enough, pull your socks up next season. Hopefully he’ll be more settled now and can show what he’s got.
