Fixture list gives Irons chances at key points

West Ham of course kick off the season against Spurs – perhaps fixtures should be re-spelt as IRONS…..RY!

With Palace following (away), Southampton (home) and Hull away, not too many complaints there I reckon.

But past history demands we look hard at the end of the season and once again it doesn’t really look at all bad does it?

Our last five games are as follows: QPR (a), Burnley (h), Villa (a), Everton (h) and Newcastle (a).

Even December – apart from Chelsea and Arsenal within a couple of days has handed us some winnable games starting at West Brom before receiving Swansea, travelling to Sunderland and hosting Leicester City.

There should be a few smiles around the Boleyn this morning – at last the computer fixture has handed us achance at key points of the season – onwards and upwards.
