Former Bayern Munich manager at London Stadium tonight

Former Bayern Munich Niko Kovac will be in attendance at the London Stadium tonight to watch the West Ham v Arsenal game,

Kovac has been a free agent since leaving Bayern Munich by mutual consent at the beginning of November and is on the lookout for jobs in the Premier League. The former Croatia boss was in the stands as Everton beat Chelsea this weekend, but played down speculation that he could replace Marco Silva in the hot seat at Goodison Park.

His attendance tonight is likely to fuel further speculation that he could be a candidate to become Arsenal’s new permanent manager or a possible replacement for Manuel Pellegrini were he to be sacked.

The news comes hot on the heels that Rafa Benetiz will covering the West Ham tthis evening in the Sky Sports studio for Monday night football. He has flown from China to be a guest presenter and remains the bookies 6/4 favourite to take over the West Ham manager role by the end of May next year.

  1. Well, I did mention Kovac a few days ago. I wouldn’t mind either him or Benitez should Pelle get sacked. But first things first… we have to beat Arsenal tonight.
