Former Hammer Gale ready for City and Liverpool

|

Tony Gale has sent out a cheerful messages on the Hammers/ Manchester City clash on Saturday afternoon and the away game at Liverpool next weekend.

The former central defender regularly commentates on Irons games for a variety of channels and has seen us regularly this season.

Like most of us he could hardly have been more impressed by the way we have performed and is thrilled to bits that we already have 10 points in the bag.

Saturday’s match is set to be the hardest of the season so far but it has not been a particularly soft start to a season following last season when we made a late recovery.

Now he is ready for the Hammers to tackle a game where any soprt of result would be hailed as a great result.

Speaking with Ian Abrahams, Gale on talkSport he made it clear he could hardly be happier and that even with two difficult games coming up with City and Liverpool we should be chuffed to bits.

He said: “I think it’ll be a test, you’ll see David Moyes play in the same kind of fashion. We’ll have to sit back against two quality teams, but I think what you’ll find is we’ve got a bit of a shot at nothing because we have 10 points in the bag already.”
