LA Galaxy representatives travelled earlier this week to Spain to talk to Former Hammer Javier Hernandez about a possible switch to the US West coast to join the MLS league.
The 31-year-old Mexican striker has only started nine games for Sevilla since joining last summer, with 14 appearances overall, translating to a mere 446 minutes of game time with just four goals in all competitions to his name.
ESPN claims the Mexican is interested in the prospect of joining LA Galaxy to play in the MLS after the Sevilla coach informed him that he was further down the pecking order for the Spanish club.
Hernandez joined Sevilla from West Ham in September with the Spanish club paying West Ham £7.2 millioN for the Mexican striker. Fellow MLS outfit Chicago Fire are also said to be interested in signing the former Hammer.
