Former hero names the Hammers “game changer”

arnau1Former Hammers hero Trevor Sinclair is hoping and believing that the match at Burnley tomorrow (Sat) is the  perfect chance for Arnautovic to announce himself to the fans.

And Sinclair also believes the 28-year-old could become the big player in the Hammers squad to see them make a strong finish.

Sinclair declared: I was excited when they signed him from Stoke.

“I was thinking ‘they’ve done really well to get him’. He’s a bit of a maverick, a matchwinner on his day. He’s a powerful athlete and a game changer.

“If he reacts in the right way he could be massively important for West Ham and no more relevant than this game.”

The Irons are aiming to get their third win of the EPL campaign against Burnley, but Burnley are the surprise packets and are set to make this a tough encounter.

The Clarets have secured 8 points playing against Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham and Everton and have only lost once.

  1. I hope Trev is right, I always liked watching Arnautovic play for Stoke, he seemed to play better when Shaqiri was in the team who is a smart mobile player so hopefully he and Lanzini can strike up a relationship, with Antonio on the other flank we will then have a triple threat from the midfield / no 10 positions, if you add Sakho into the mix I think we would be a handful for most teams.
