On-loan Hammer Freddie Potts is receiving rave reports after making 11 appearances for League One outfit Wycombe Wanderers.

The midfielder impressed for the Irons in pre-season, looking particularly good in a couple of games on the tour Down Under.

However, with so many strong midfield options, David Moyes allowed him to go out on loan where he appears to be making a huge impression.

Already he has scored twice and provided an assist which is bringing him huge appreciation from fans and his team-mates alike.

A report in The Athletic reveals that his new team-mates have been impressed at his progress after settling into the club very quickly indeed. Last weekend he grabbed a goal and provided the assist for colleague Dale Taylor.

Potts has shown himself to be a proven ball winner and is certainly not to be worried about going into challenges  100 per cent.
